Learning objectives | ||||
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the concept and possibilities of parametric design as a tool for optimizing the use of spatial and natural resources in design and planning, as well as with the available software. It is important that students learn how to define and control these parameters in a digital environment through algorithm, so that they can predict the future development of certain spatial processes.
Learning outcomes | ||||
The student will develop an awareness of the complexity caused by the processes in a space; The student will be able to identify and define the parameters in the architectural / urban project relevant to the functionality of the project, and then suggest the possibility of its optimization; The student will be able to define these processes through a software algorithm; The student will be able to check the effectiveness of these parameters through a digital model or mock-up;
