Tuition fee

The status of a student is acquired by enroling in the relevant study programme of a higher education institution, and in accordance with the results achieved on the entrance exam.

The amount of the tuition fee depends on the student's status. According to the Rules for Studying, upon enrolment, a student can acquire the status of full-time and part-time student. There are three subcategories of full-time students:

• Students whose studies are financed from the budget,
• Students who self-finance their education and
• Foreign students.

The amount of tuition fee for students who self-finance their study costs, part-time students and foreign students in the first, second and third cycle of studies at public higher education institutions is determined by the decision of the management board of the higher education institution.
