Improvement of theoretical and practical knowledge in the area of land territory regulation by consolidation, with special reference to consolidation strategy, planning, and programming of consolidation, criteria for choosing priorities for consolidation, special knowledge for distribution of consolidated mass, organization and information system of consolidation, as well as acquiring knowledge in the field of expropriation. Acquiring theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of land territory planning through consolidation, development of consolidation strategy, and program planning and programming of consolidation and expropriation. | ||||

Regulations on consolidation and other regulations closely related to consolidation. National consolidation strategy. Spatial and urban plans, agricultural foundations as a basis for consolidation. Criteria for establishing priorities in consolidation. The consolidation program. Models of consolidation mass distribution. Urban consolidation and arrangement of rural settlements in the process of consolidation. Information system of consolidation. Organization of consolidation. Effects of consolidation. Teaching Methods | ||||
Teaching takes place through lectures, where students are introduced to the theoretical foundations, and an essay is prepared during the exercises. | ||||

Evaluation and grading | ||||
Knowledge test: the activity in lectures and exercises (5 points), the written essay (independence in writing, form, and content (10 points)), the defense of the essay by stages of writing (35 points in total), and the final exam (50 points) are evaluated. | ||||
Specific remarks | ||||
The student prepares the seminar paper independently, during the exercises. The deadline for preparation and submission of the seminar work is until the end of regular classes. A student who unjustifiably misses more than 20% of classes must renew the course to gain the right to take the exam. |
