    Learning objectives
    Upgrading and deepening of acquired knowledge and acquisition of specific knowledge related to the conditions of liability for damage and the awarding of damages in both national and comparative law.
    Learning outcomes
    Students' mastery of higher forms of connecting concepts and institutes and their analysis in order to obtain answers to the questions that are asked in modern theory, and on whose answers depends the good practice of resolving claims for compensation in modern conditions.
    Content
    Conditions and bases of liability for damage caused, types of liability for damage, subjective, strict and liability on the basis of equity, liability for damages in medicine, liability for damages in the media, state liability for damage, liability for damage from a defective product, reparation and compensation for damage , comparative tort law, principles of European tort law.

    Frontal form of work-lectures, interactive forms of work-exercises, tests, homework, seminar work.
