Learning objectives
Acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge on cadastral survey for the development of cadastral plans, digital cadastral plans and the establishment of the real estate cadastre, real rights to real estate and administrative procedure and registers in the world.
Learning outcomes
Use of acquired knowledge on real estate cadastre, development of digital cadastral plans of real estate cadastre and line cadastre, DCM database, use of available software tools for establishment, renewal and maintenance of real estate cadastre
Content
Basic concepts of land surveying and cadastre and regulations. Historical development of the cadastre. Introduction to real estate and utility surveying. Geodetic basis for surveying real estate and lines. Measurement and collection of descriptive data on real estate. Historical development and content of the cadastre. Coordinate systems and state coordinate system. Topographic and cadastral symbols. Analog and digital geodetic and cadastral plans. Content of DKP. Primary and secondary methods of data collection and preparation of DKP and final processing of DKP. Maintenance, distribution of the database and archiving of DKP. Conditional formatting. Numbering of plots. Area calculation. Basic terms about land use, cultures and land classes. Real rights that are registered in the real estate cadastre. Basic terms of the general administrative procedure and application in the real estate cadastre. Entries in the real estate cadastre. Method of establishing the real estate cadastre. Presentation of survey data and cadastral classification for public inspection and determination of real estate rights. Renewal, maintenance and distribution of the real estate cadastre. Basic concepts of real estate registers in the world.

Evaluation and grading
Knowledge test: the activity in lectures and exercises (5 points), the written essay (independence in writing, form and content (10 points)), the defense of the essay by stages of writing (35 points in total) and the final oral exam (50 points) are evaluated.
