Invitation for Applications for the Admission of Students to the Academic Year 2021-2022 Published

Invitation for applications for the admission of students to the first year of the first, second and third cycle of studies in the academic year 2021-2022 at the University of Banja Luka was published.

The application procedure for the admission of candidates to the first year of the first study cycle at all organizational members of the University of Banja Luka will open from 21 June 2021 and will close on 25 June 2021 (documents may be submitted every working day).

The entrance examination will take place on 28 June 2021, beginning at 9 o’clock. The entrance examination at the Faculty of Medicine will take place at 14 o’clock. The results of the exam will be released on 30 June 2021, by 14 o’clock. Enrolment of the admitted candidates will open from 5 July 2021 and will close on 9 July 2021.

The entrance examination at the Academy of Arts of the University of Banja Luka will take place from 28 June to 2 July, from 9 o’clock. The results of the exam will be released on 2 July 2021 by 16 o’clock, while the final rank-lists are to be released by 5 July 2021. Enrolment of the admitted candidates will open from 6 July and will close on 9 July 2021. The entrance examination at the Faculty of Security Sciences of the University of Banja Luka will take place on 28 and 29 July 2021, beginning at 7 o’clock.

The second enrolment date will be organized by the Faculties/Academy of Arts which fail to enrol the planned number of students in the first round. 

Candidates may apply for the admission to the second enrolment round from 30 August 2021, which closes on 3 September 2021. The entrance examination will take place on 6 September 2021, beginning at 9 o’clock at all University members. The results of the exam will be released by 8 September 2021, by 14 o’clock. Enrolment of the admitted candidates will open from 13 September 2021 and will last until 17 September 2021.

The entrance examination at the Academy of Arts of the University of Banja Luka the second enrolment round will take place from 6 to 10 September 2021, from 9 o’clock. The results of the exam will be released on 10 September 2021 by 16 o’clock, and the final rank-lists are to be released by 13 September 2021. Enrolment of the admitted candidates will open from 14 September and will close on 17 September 2021.

The entrance examination at the Faculty of Security Sciences of the University of Banja Luka the second enrolment round will take place on 6 September 2021, beginning at 7 o’clock.

Deadlines for applying – the second and the third cycle of studies

Invitation for applications for the admission of students to the second and third cycle of studies will open from 21 June 2021 and will close on 22 October 2021. Candidates should submit their applications by then.

Information on the ranking of candidates that have applied, the final rank-list and deadline for applying will be available by 26 October 2021 at the latest on the web pages of the Faculties/Academy of Arts.

Medical certificates

Candidates applying for the admission to the Faculty of Security Sciences and the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport must submit a medical (check) certificate when applying, whereas the other candidates are to submit their medical check certificates when enrolling.

Medical certificates are issued in the Medical Specialist Centre of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Banja Luka, Bulevar vojvode Petra Bojovića Street 1A, Banja Luka (IV pavilion of the Student Centre in the Student Campus, University Campus in Banja Luka), telephone number: 051/ 301-324, working hours from 8.00 to 18.00. Candidates applying for the Faculty of Mining Engineering can get their medical certificates in the place of residence.
