Project ProBLeMS: Meetings and panel discussion
University of Banja LukaGeneralMeetings and panel discussion about improvement of learning methods through use of digital tools were held from 1 to 4 October 2024 at Medical faculty of the University in Podgorica and at the Institute of public health of Montenegro, within the Erasmus+ project „Development and Implementation of Metacognitive Problem-Based Modules in Blended Learning Courses in Medical Sciences - ProBLeMSˮ.
The meeting and panel discussion in this significant project, with the goal to pass the latest knowledges and experiences from European Union onto the universities in the Western Balkans countries, was attended by representatives of the Medical Faculty of Istocno Sarajevo which coordinates the project and representatives of partner faculties – Medical faculties from Banja Luka, Innsbruck, Belgrade, Kosovska Mitrovica, Zenica and Mostar, Association for biomedical informatics and statistics of the Republic of Srpska and Ecology-medical expert group. Medical faculty of Banja Luka University was represented by prof. Vesna Rudic, PhD and docent Milkica Grabez, PhD.
Besides presenting activities that are being implemented in the project, active participation also had representatives of the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education and experts in the field of public health. Joint activities have been agreed in the coming period for the purpose of improving the education process in medical sciences.
