Representatives of the UNIBL at the “Erasmus Generation Meeting”
GeneralRepresentatives of the University of Banja Luka (UNIBL) participated in the event “Erasmus Generation Meeting” (EGM), which gathered over 1000 students, former and current beneficiaries of the Erasmus+ program, as well as representatives of organizations that support this initiative, in Ancona from 3 to 6 April 2025.
EGM is the largest European conference led and organized by students, and the focus of this year’s edition was on strengthening the young as creators of positive changes in society.
This significant meeting offered a platform for networking, exchange of experiences and developing ideas that promote mobility and international cooperation. The program included themes such as active participation of the young in local communities through initiatives supported by the Erasmus generation, and an impact of youth labor and volunteering on internationalization, cultural exchange, and intercultural dialogue.
The University of Banja Luka was represented by the Vice-Dean for scientific research activity and international cooperation at the Faculty of Economics, Prof. Dragan Gligorić, PhD; Prof. Emir Muhić, PhD; and Senior Associate for exchange of students and staff, Milica Đurđević, MA. Their participation in the event was an excellent opportunity for establishing new contacts with representatives of potential partner institutions, as well as for strengthening the existing cooperation with Marche Polytechnic University of Ancona, one of the organizers of the event.
