The summer school was organized within the framework of the BEAMING project and brought together representatives of partner institutions with the aim of strengthening an inclusive innovation culture in higher education, exchanging good practices, and enhancing cooperation.
During the three-day program, participants exchanged knowledge and experience on topics including inclusive innovation culture, responsible research and innovation, project-based learning, open science, digital research infrastructures, and the application of artificial intelligence in higher education. Special emphasis was placed on strengthening institutional capacities and developing recommendations for improving the inclusive innovation culture at universities.
Through lectures, workshops, and interactive discussions, participants shared examples of good practice with partners from several European countries, with a particular focus on the development of an inclusive academic environment, the promotion of innovation, and the strengthening of cooperation among higher education institutions.
The participation of the University of Banja Luka representatives contributed to the exchange of knowledge and experience, the establishment of new professional contacts, and the further strengthening of the University’s role in the implementation of BEAMING project activities, carried out under the European Union’s Horizon Europe Programme.
