Candidates who passed the entrance examination for enrolment in the first year of first-cycle studies at the University of Banja Luka for the 2026/2027 academic year, but did not secure admission to their preferred study programme, may enrol in a related study programme with available places without retaking the entrance examination.

According to the conclusion adopted by the Senate of the University of Banja Luka, the faculties and the Academy of Arts will submit to the Rectorate, no later than 10 July 2026 at 12:00, a list of study programmes with the number of remaining available places.

The list of available places will be published on the websites of the University of Banja Luka, its faculties, and the Academy of Arts no later than 13 July 2026 at 16:00.

Candidates wishing to apply for another related study programme will be able to obtain, from the relevant student affairs office, a certificate confirming that they have passed the entrance examination or, where applicable, the aptitude test. This certificate is required for the transfer of the application documents.

The transfer of application documents, i.e. enrolment in related study programmes with available places, may be completed no later than 16 July 2026, while the enrolment procedure for successful candidates will be finalised by 17 July 2026.
