Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Banja Luka, Prof. Srđan Dušanić, PhD, participated in working meetings held in Cambridge on September 3 and 4, 2026, focusing on research into religious identity, well-being, and peer violence among adolescents.

The meetings were held at Anglia Ruskin University as part of the international COST ORBIT (CA23120) research network, which brings together researchers from several countries.

Cooperation within this network has already resulted in significant scientific achievements. Over the past year, the team in which Prof. Dušanić participates has prepared four research papers, one of which has been accepted for publication in an international scientific journal.

Prof. Dušanić also coordinated the implementation of a quantitative study conducted in seven countries, involving 3,600 respondents. Significant contributions to the implementation of the research were also made by Milana Damjenić Mihaldžić, MA, and Lana Vujaković, MA, teaching assistants from the Psychology Study Program at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Banja Luka.

The working meetings in Cambridge provided an opportunity to analyze the results and progress achieved to date, as well as to plan future research papers and activities.

Dean Dušanić emphasized that such programs facilitate the implementation of multinational research, contribute to greater scientific productivity, and strengthen the visibility of researchers and institutions within the international academic community.
