Senior Assistant Kovač on a Study Trip to the Sorbonne University
University of Banja LukaGeneralSenior Assistant at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Banja Luka Danilo Kovač. MA, is on a several-month study trip to the Sorbonne University in Paris.
During his stay at this prestigious university, he will conduct research related to the policy of genocide in the Independent State of Croatia.
This study trip is funded by La Sapienza University of Rome, where Kovač is currently pursuing a doctoral degree.
Kovač graduated with a degree in history from the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Banja Luka. He completed a master's degree in general contemporary history at the same faculty. His master's thesis was awarded for historical research of the ’Slobodan S. Begović’ Foundation at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. He completed his second master's degree in history teaching methodology at the British Institute of Education, University College London.
Since 2014, he has been engaged at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Banja Luka, first as a demonstrator, and then as a teaching assistant in the subject Methodology of History Teaching. He was elected a senior assistant at the Faculty of Philosophy in 2019.
