Participation in the Knowledge Exchange Session through the SUPPORTER Project

Full professor of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of the University of Banja Luka Adriana Ljubojević, PhD, and Chairperson of the University's Gender Equality Advisory Board Anđela Pepić, PhD, participated in a training and knowledge exchange session on the preparation and implementation of gender equality action plans, with a focus on institutions in the field of sports.

During the events held on 14 and 15 September 2023 in Strasbourg, ideas and experiences were exchanged in the development of institutional policies and the improvement of institutional culture, which address issues of gender equality and the prevention of gender-based violence and sexual harassment in sports higher education institutions.

It is important to note that these events were organized as part of the implementation of the Horizon Europe project "Ensuring sports education through innovative and inclusive plans for gender equality" (SUPPORTER), in which the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports is one of the partners in the consortium.
