Vice-Rector Pantelić Babić at the International Staff Week in Poland
University of Banja LukaGeneralVice-Rector for International and Interuniversity Cooperation of the University of Banja Luka Prof. Kristina Pantelić Babić, PhD, took part in the 12th International Staff Week within the Erasmus+ programme, held at Bialystok University of Technology in Poland from 22-26 April 2024.
Altogether 23 representatives of foreign universities from 15 different countries participated in the International Staff Week, namely rectors, teachers and employees of international cooperation offices from universities from Algeria, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Guyana, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Nigeria, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Spain.
This event was an opportunity for those present to get acquainted with the specifics of the university, the offered fields of study and study conditions, as well as the areas of research developed by scientists from the Bialystok University of Technology.
The aim of the International Staff Week is to exchange thoughts, experiences and ideas to support the mobility of students and academic staff from all over the world. Participants discuss the best educational practices, exchange contacts and establish new forms of cooperation.
Vice-Rector Pantelić Babić used the opportunity to present the University of Banja Luka to the audience, as well as certain projects, to discuss planned joint activities within the Akros Alliance, but also to discuss the upcoming signing of a cooperation agreement with Bialystok University of Technology.
