The interactive workshop on the topic “From Idea to Market: Development of Digital and AI Products” was held on March 26, 2026, at the Faculty of Economics, University of Banja Luka (FE UNBL).

The workshop was led by Mr. Dragan Vučić, founder and CEO of the innovative startup Cyclos Systems d.o.o. Banja Luka, who is also a doctoral candidate at the Catholic University of Leuven.

The 25 participants had the opportunity, through concrete examples of the development of three innovative products, to learn about the challenges, obstacles, and successes of entrepreneurial ventures. Business strategies were also presented during the workshop.

The workshop was organized as part of the activities of the Across Alliance, which was presented to the participants by Prof. Saša Petković, PhD, Head of the Center for Project Management and Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Economics, UNBL.
