Professors of the Faculty of Law in a Workshop in Italy
Representatives of the Faculty of Law at the University of Banja Luka participated in the final workshop within the project of the international mobility for teachers and associates (PNRR-TNE), dealing with effects of the constitutional crisis and security (IMP-ACCTS), on 5 and 6 March 2026.
The Workshop held on the Faculty of Law at the University of Cagliari, Italy, was attended by Prof. Dijana Zrnić, PhD, Prof. Mirjana Miškić, PhD, and Prof. Bojan Vlaški, PhD, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka.
They discussed topics such as security and constitutional crisis in contemporary constitutional systems, political theology and constitutionalism, parliamentary control over the intelligence services, immigration issues, cyber security, digital constitutionalism, and the crisis of the rule of law in the European Union.
Through a multidisciplinary approach, the participants exchange opinions about the response of current legal systems and institutions to security challenges and crises in a modern society.
