Students' Days begin at UNIBL

This year’s Students’ Days at the University of Banja Luka (UNIBL), the largest students’ event in the Republic of Srpska, will be held on 14 April 2026, at 11.00 in the Students’ Cultural Center.

At the University of Banja Luka, April is traditionally reserved for this event that will last until 24 April and bring together a large number of students, teachers, and citizens. Over the course of 10 days, there will be a rich and diverse program that unifies educational, cultural, and humanitarian activities.

During the ten days of the event, the Campus and many locations in the city become points of encounter of young people, ideas and talents, with versatile program that includes students’ sport games.

A special place in the program goes to the Open Doors Day and Faculties’ Festival, which will be held on 20 April, when students will have a chance to get informed about the enrolment, studying, and student’s life, and to talk to professors and other students.

The event includes several workshops, lectures and panel-discussions, as well as open space movie shows. It is also planned to have knowledge quizzes, an Eco-day, a “Book hunt”, humanitarian actions and voluntary blood donations.

The visitors will be able to enjoy in students’ theatre shows, and “Zmijanje” embroidery workshops, which promote the cultural heritage.

The event is organized by the Students’ Parliament of the University of Banja Luka and Students’ Union of the Republic of Srpska, with the support from the University of Banja Luka and the Ministry of Scientific Technological Development and Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska.
