Applications for candidates wishing to take the entrance examinations in the second enrolment period for the 2026/2027 academic year at the University of Banja Luka are open from 24 to 28 August 2026.

A total of 923 places are available for prospective first-cycle students at the faculties and the Academy of Arts, providing a new opportunity for candidates who were not admitted during the first enrolment period or who subsequently decided to continue their higher education.

Of the total number of available places, 455 are reserved for students whose studies will be financed from the budget of the Republika Srpska, 206 for self-financing students, 221 for foreign nationals, and 41 for part-time students.

Applications for the entrance examinations may be submitted until 28 August 2026. Applications can also be submitted electronically via the website upis.unibl.org, with candidates required to provide the original documentation upon enrolment.

The entrance examinations will be held on 31 August 2026. Following the publication of the results, the enrolment of admitted candidates will take place from 7 to 11 September 2026, in accordance with the admissions call and the established deadlines.
