Charter and code

University of Banja Luka signed the Declaration of Commitment to the European Researchers Charter and the Code of Conduct for Recruitment of Researchers on January 30th, 2013, as the first institution in Bosnia and Herzegovina who joined this european initiative involving more than 1 200 institutions from 37 European countries. Thereby, the University of Banja Luka joined the family of European universities willing  to ensure a quality business environment for its researchers.

The European Committee awarded the University in Banja Luka with an HR Excellence in Research, thus making the University the first scientific- research institution in Bosnia and Herzegovina to bear of this sign.
