| Learning objectives | ||||
| The main goal of the course is to acquaint students with spatial planning and construction regulations. More precisely, students are introduced to the planning and construction system that defines the basic principles and content of spatial planning and technical documents, the institutional framework in which the planning and construction system functions, competencies, competencies, tasks and obligations of natural and legal persons in that process. The goal of the course is for students to master the knowledge that will help them to harmonize and adjust their future professional activities with legal regulations. | ||||

| Understanding and describing the importance and role of spatial planning and construction in the socio-political system of the administrative territory - EU, state, region and city levels; Understanding and specifying the system of spatial planning and construction in the territory of The Republic of Srpska; Describing how and why laws often change and what that change means for society; Stating and interpreting legal regulations in the field of spatial planning and construction and understanding the need to adjust professional work to legal regulations; Specifying and interpreting the responsibilities, competences, tasks and obligations of legal and natural persons in spatial planning and construction; Describing procedures in spatial planning and construction; Describing participation and collaboration in planning. | ||||
