    Learning objectives
    Acquiring theoretical and practical knowledge about land cadastre, cadastral records on land and other immovable properties, land registry, and solving problems arising in said records.
    Learning outcomes
    Use of acquired knowledge in maintaining land cadastre, real estate cadastre with the established user, space planning, expropriation procedure, real estate management, the introduction of information systems, and new modern multidimensional cadastres.
    Content
    Cadastre of utilities. Types of utilities. Geodetic basis, measurement of lines. Finding underground utilities. Thematic units. Establishment of a cadastre of utilities. Maintenance of cadastre of utilities. Issuance of data from the cadastre database. Basic concepts of space planning. Spatial plans, urban plans. Expropriation (regulations, rules, users, preparatory actions, determination of general interest, expropriation plan, expropriation procedure, and geodetic-technical works in expropriation) Fiscal cadastres (land cadastre, real estate cadastre with established user, etc. Land use method, culture and a class of land. Land register. Information system of the real estate cadastre and utilities. INSPIRE directive. The infrastructure of geospatial data. Real estate management - principles of management. Cadastre in the real estate management system. Real estate management data models, standards and data classes. Multidimensional cadastres. Establishment of cadastre of utilities. Maintenance of cadastre of utilities. Issuance of data from the cadastre database.
    Teaching Methods
    Teaching takes place through lectures, where students are introduced to the theoretical foundations, and an essay is prepared during the exercises.

    Evaluation and grading
    Knowledge test: the activity in lectures and exercises (5 points), the written essay (independence in writing, form, and content (10 points)), the defense of the essay by stages of writing (35 points in total), and the final exam (50 points) are evaluated.
