The Initial meeting within the IMP-ACCTS project

The University of Banja Luka participates in an international project IMP-ACCTS (International Mobility Programme Assessing Constitutional Crisis Impact and Security), and its initial meeting was held on 16 and 17 December 2024 at the University of Salento, in the city of Lecce, Italy.

The meeting gathered representatives of 20 universities from six countries, and the goal was to define the project activities that will last until March 2026. During the meeting, there were academic panels to the topics of constitutional and international public law, as well as a panel for administrative staff, dedicated to organizing the consortium and planning future activities.

The delegation of the University of Banja Luka was composed of the Vice-dean for Scientific-Research Activity and International Cooperation at the Faculty of Law, docent Bojan Vlaški, PhD, who is also the coordinator of the project, along with professors of the Faculty of Law – prof. Igor Milinkovic, PhD, prof. Milijana Buha, PhD, prof. Mirjana Miškić, PhD, as well as M.Sc. Đorđe Kenjalo, Head of Office for International and Inter-University Cooperation at UNIBL.

The project IMP-ACCTS is financed by the Ministry for Universities and research of the Republic of Italy, and its realization will enable students and staff of the University of Banja Luka to participate in academic exchanges with four distinguished Italian universities: University of Siena, University of Salento, University of Milan-Bicocca, and University of Cagliary.
