Acquiring specific knowledge related to legal consumer protection with a special emphasis on consumer protection in obligation and consumer contracts both in national and comparative law, i.e. European law. | ||||

Achieving an insight into the protection that the obligation law provides to the participants of obligation relations in which one party is the consumer and a differentiated insight into the achievements of the consumer law on the national and international level. | ||||
