A Virtual Roundtable on the Recruitment of Researchers Held

Representatives of the University of Banja Luka took part in a round table on "Current Practices of Recruiting Researchers under the OTM-R Policy", held on 28 April 2021, through the Zoom application.

They also talked about current practices and challenges related to the recruitment of foreign citizens in higher education institutions. The University of Sarajevo organized this event, and in addition to the University of Banja Luka, representatives of the University of East Sarajevo and the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BH took part in it.

The roundtable was organized as part of the "Contribution of EURAXESS Centres in BH to the Improvement of the Open, Transparent and Merit-based Recruitment of Researchers - OTM-R at BH Research Institutions“ project, supported by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina within the Programme for the Preparation of Projects and Potential Applicants for Funds from the H2020 Funding.

The aim of the project is to improve the OTM-R policies at three public universities in BH through the operation of the EURAXESS Centre in accordance with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Recruitment of Researchers.
