Study Visit to the Science and Technology Park in Serbia
University of Banja LukaGeneralRepresentatives of the University of Banja Luka and other institutions of significance for the establishment and operation of the Science and Technology Park of the Republic of Srpska were on a study visit to science and technology parks and science and technology and research institutions in Niš, Kragujevac and Belgrade from 2 to 5 October 2023.
The aim of the visit, organized by the UNDP Office in Banja Luka, was to get acquainted with the approaches, experiences and results of science and technology parks from the aforementioned Serbian cities, which have been identified as very successful examples of the development of innovation systems, experiences of which are due to the similarity of the context and level of development relevant and applicable to the Science and Technology Park of the Republic of Srpska, the construction of which will begin in the near future in the University Campus of our university.
In addition to Vice-Rector for Material and Human Resources Prof. Dalibor Kesić, PhD, and Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics Prof. Radoslav Dekić, PhD, the delegation of the University of Banja Luka also comprised: Prof. Milan Tica, PhD, Prof. Miloš Ljubojević, PhD, Prof. Goran Trbić, PhD, Prof. Đorđe Vojinović, PhD, and Prof. Ladislav Vasilišin, PhD.
